The system capacity is near 1MW and built in the Dapumei Precision Mechanical Industrial Park. Since July 2017, the project has been kicked off to start planning but the construction was delayed to start until January 2019 due to the limited capacity of the feeders of Taiwan Power Company in the region. In the project, the national top quality of high efficiency NSP Power module 310W to match with the inverter produced by Delta Electronics; the framework was coated with HAMAK ANODE  7μm and acrylic paint 7μm as anti-corrosive treatment was applied with the safety validation of structural engineer.
